Publishing of articles, including open access and multimedia content
Whenever you publish an article or other multimedia content, make sure to include an acknowledgment that links the work to the Action. To prevent any issues or delays at the end of the grant period, please ensure that the exact acknowledgment text is communicated in advance. The required text is as follows:
- This article/video/podcast/webinar/animation/presentation is based upon the work from COST Action (insert name of Action or initials and CAXXXX), supported by COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology)
This text can also always be found under ‘resources’ on the website.
Dissemination of participation in events
To maintain an overview of the EDEM Network’s presence and impact, we kindly ask all members to update the shared excel spreadsheet for dissemination of activities in the network. In the excel spreadsheet you can document your activity by sharing a few details on the event. You have to document any activities (conference, workshop, seminar etc.) where you mention in the network in a presentation, discussion or materials.
