In September, the EDEM COST network hosted two WG-Meetings in Portugal.
The first WG-meeting was held on the 9th and 10th in Évora, Portugal. This meeting focused on a subgroup study of qualitative research. The agenda included presentations of results from interviews and focus groups, along with a comparative analysis of results from both formal and informal caregivers.
The second WG-meeting took place on the 11th and 12th in Lisbon, Portugal. The primary focus of this WG-Meeting was on Working Groups 3 and 4. The agenda from the days included several working sessions over the two days, and the WG3 and WG4 presented their intriguing findings.
We sincerely appreciate everyone involved in both of the Working Group Meetings which included meaningful participation in the discussions, working sessions and social aspects of the events. Both events offered inspiring environments for meaningful discussions, and significant work was accomplished.
If you want the opportunity to participate in the upcoming events, we invite you to stay updated on the Ethics in Dementia website, where new opportunities to get involved will be announced.
